Hands-on Experience

Great product ideas come straight from the source. Many of LC’s team members are detailers themselves, which gives us invaluable insight into the end users of our pads and accessories. We look for gaps in the market and come up with practical solutions.

First to Market

Our decades-long tradition of bringing new products to life has been a hallmark of our success. LC currently holds patents for 69 products, many of which have inspired copycats and lookalikes from competitors around the world.

Unconventional Solutions

Inspiration can be found in unexpected places. Some of our greatest successes have come from integrating non-traditional materials into our pads (like our purple foamed wool) or tinkering with tried-and-true designs (like our CCS foam pads).

Rigorous Testing

Each of our new products undergoes thorough engineering and evaluation processes before being field tested by polishing pros. Annually, we spend more than 9,000 hours on research and development to ensure that we bring you the best possible product.

Microfiber OSP Pads

One Step Pads are back with our revised microfiber material for faster cutting and a higher quality finishing ability! OSP Microfiber Pads are designed to be used in conjunction with a DA polishing machine to help remove moderate defects, swirls, light oxidations, and holograms to provide a high gloss finish. OSP Microfiber utilizes a flexible foam layer firm enough for cutting and soft enough for finishing flat or contoured body panels.

System 4000® Pad Washer

The System 4000® Pad Washer featuring Pure Flo® Technology is the latest generation of our popular pad washer. The Pure Flo® Technology keeps your cleaning solution and contaminated water in separated basins to ensure that your pads are being cleaned with the purest water. Other updates to this model include an improved carrying handle, a more durable wash plate, a new pump design and a modified top design. Effortlessly clean foam, wool and microfiber polishing pads with the new System 4000®!
