INSTRUCTIONS: Keeping to the printable area as much as possible, sketch in where you would like your name, phone, part numbers, etc. Approximately 6 part numbers will fit per screen. If you would like your company logo on the pad, it must be sent to us in an original form, such as a letterhead or business card. Photocopies and artwork sent by fax cannot be used.
