Private label orders involving the creation of a new screen
require a minimum purchase of 144 private
label pads. Multiple screens with different part numbers
or other information may be ordered. The minimum
run is 72 pads per screen. The minimum
run for a change of ink color is 72 pads per color.
Re-orders using existing screens require a minimum
purchase of 72 pads per screen.
2. There is a set up charge of $75 for the first
screen, which covers art work and the cost of making the
screen. Additional screens may be ordered at a reduced charge
of $35.
3. Private labeled products may not be returned for credit.

ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN ORDERING YOUR PRIVATE
LABEL
1. There are four colors to choose from, BLACK, BLUE,
RED and GREEN.
Please check only one on the order form. Two color
printing is not available. If no color is specified,
BLACK will be used.

If you would like your company logo on the pad, it must
be mailed to us in an ORIGINAL form, such as letterhead
or business card. Most photocopies and art work sent
by fax cannot be used.
3. Please try to keep your copy to a minimum, especially
when the private label will be used on velcro pads. It's
best to minimize the ink in the grip area of a velcro pad
to insure a proper grip of the back plate.

Once a screen has been made, no additional changes can
be made to it. We can use blocking tape to delete but
other changes require making a new screen.
When you order a private label, a proof will be made and
sent to you via fax or mail. To acknowledge your approval
of the artwork, please sign and return to us.
